For my fans who are vegetarians, just so they know that today I made vegetable soup for lunch and it came out delicious. I put carrots, celery, onion, garlic, leeks, green beans, chard, and natural tomato. I began braising the vegetables with some olive oli, then added the vegetable broth and boiled everything together and then left it to zimmer.
25 minutes later the broth had dried a it was a little thicker. I added salt and let it rest for a while. When serving I put a little grated cheese and a pinch of pepper. Scrumptious.
